Children will learn about respect, kindness and positive relationships through fun play-based activities, arts and crafts, drama and teamwork.

Join our beloved Women’s Health Group! A supportive and empowering space for women to connect with one another and learn something new with different topics each week!

This two day program invites participants to learn about pain and complimentary non-medical ways to reduce and manage it.

This 3-week program will introduce you to practical and effective tools and strategies for managing problem-anger and build your self empowerment.
All groups are free of charge however, registration is compulsory as there are limited spots available. Please call (02) 9689 3044 if you need assistance with booking online.

To create a fair and equal registration process, please only sign up for yourself once per group or workshop. If the group is full and there is no waitlist option online, please call us on (02) 9689 3044 to be put on a waitlist.
Cumberland Women’s Health Centre is not responsible for any photos taken by participants during groups or workshops. Be mindful of others if you wish to take photos or videos during groups and workshops.
Please only agree to our media consent if you are happy to be in photos taken by CWHC Staff Members for media purposes.
