CWHC Training

Cumberland Women’s Health Centre (CWHC) is very excited to announce the launch of our ONLINE TRAINING platform – CWHC Training. Through this platform we hope to support primary prevention against Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) through education and awareness raising.

CWHC Training will be launching its first training course ‘Recognise and Respond to DFV in the Workplace’ in June/July 2022.

This training is designed to provide employees and employers with the knowledge, understanding and tools to create a culture of safety within your workplace. This training is applicable to all types of workplaces, but we hope to target industries that have limited understanding and awareness of best practices for responding to DFV.

This training is entirely virtual and is comprised of 11 learning modules and 1 online assessment component – see flyer for more info. The training is self-paced, with learners having 30 days to successfully complete all modules.

There are limited places available for this course each month.

You can express your interest by contacting the Centre on 02 9689 3044 or projectworker1@cwhc.org.au.
