Past
Cumberland Women’s Health Centre (CWHC) has been serving the Cumberland, Parramatta and Baulkham Hills area for over 26 years. When we first started out the biggest issues facing women in our area were stress, depression, relationship problems, parenting problems and anxiety.
Present
We have worked tirelessly to create a safe space where we can support women in bettering their lives. What we do has massive flow on effects, not only to the women themselves but the community as a whole. Because as our women, who are mothers, carers, workers, friends and sisters, lives are improved so to are their children and families. Helping to break cycles and build a brighter future.

Future
Looking forward, the main issues facing the women in our community haven’t changed greatly but the way that we can respond to and support our community has. Our 5 year plan outs us at the forefront of our community in addressing women’s needs and will give us the strong base we need to continue lifting women to a better place.
We are currently updating our Strategic 5 Year Plan - stay tuned!
